At Fora Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Jewellery

  Carefully place the items in their original Fora Jewellery box and secure them within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
